Dear families we ask you to please never leave kinder students unsupervised. All kinder students must be watched at the lines at all times by a parent/guardian. If your child is brought to school by a sibling, they must be walked through the school grounds and they need to wait with them until the bell rings. 1st-5th grade students must always follow the pedestrian and traffic rules. Please make sure you communicate with your child your expectations and have an arrival/dismissal plan of a safe way to enter and leave the school campus. The parking lots are not safe locations for your children to be picked up or dropped off. Thank you for your compliance with these requests, as we have the safety of your children in mind. If you have comments or suggestions, please call me or stop by to discuss better ways to increase our student’s safety. Reminder that the Daylight Savings will be in effect March 8th change your clock forward one hour.
Kinder registrations will begin at the end of April. Please let your family, friends and neighbors know that children who will be 5 years old by Sept. 1 will start kinder in the Fall 2015. For registration we will need a valid birth certificate, proof or residency, a physical and dental exam.
Transitional Kinder (TK) is also
available for students that turn 5 between Sept. 2-Dec 2. Transitional Kinder is the first
year of a two-year kindergarten program designed to be a bridge between
preschool and kindergarten
