The time capsule was buried by the class of 1976 and was to be opened in 2000.  Unfortunately, school officials knew the general area where it was buried, but they could not find it.  After several attempts, the school enlisted the aid of the Navy who found it with special underground radar equipment. The presentation of the time capsule coincided with the dedication of an El Camino Real Bell, which was dedicated at the school thanks to the efforts of Mrs. Elaine Garber.   Below are some of the pictures from the event.
