This special meeting will be held in the Library at E.O. Green Junior High School in Oxnard, CA, and will begin at 5:00p (one half-hour earlier than usual). A second location will be in Minnesota for one board member to participate by video-phone. The Minnesota location is in the Central Time zone and the start time for that location is 7:00p.
