Principal’s Message  Dr. Torres

On behalf of all the staff of Larsen Elementary School, I want to offer our thanks to each of you for your support and encouragement. I very much appreciate your support as well as your feedback and suggestions.  Just a few safety reminders as we close the school year: 1. Please ensure that you supervise your child/ren at all times. 2. Parents, to ensure your child’s safety hold their hand at all times when crossing the street, obey all safety/traffic rules and use the crosswalks at all times. 3.  Always look both ways when crossing; to make sure traffic is giving the pedestrians the right of way. 4. The drop off circles are only to pick up students and drop them off, please do not park for more than 5 minutes. 5.  Kinder students’ must be accompanied and watched until the teachers open the gate. Teachers then walk their class into the campus.  6. Late students must be dropped off in the office and parents have to sign them in. 7. Communicate with the staff of changes, questions or concerns you may have.  We are a team and as the saying goes, “It takes a village to raise a child.” Let’s all work together to give our students the best possible education and ensure they are safe and ready to learn. Wishing you a wonderful summer break.
