As your child prepares to enter 7th grade, it is important to ensure they meet all state immunization requirements. California law requires that all students entering 7th grade provide proof of a Tdap booster shot, a vaccine that protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough)—before the start of the school year.
To support families in meeting this requirement, Ventura County Public Health is offering a free Tdap Immunization Clinic for school-aged children:

Time: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Location: 2500 South C Street, Suite B1, Oxnard, CA 93033
Please note that vaccines are limited and will be administered on a first-come, first-served basis.
