Both can also be picked up at the office. If you don't wish to list income on the Lunch form, you may write "decline to state" and return the form. Thanks for your help in this important matter, and remember, once 100% of forms are in, Mrs. Haines will move her office to the kinder lawn for the day! 🥶 Thank you for your help!
